Payment

Workshop fee is $750, this includes all instruction, class materials, boat excursions, and transportation to field sites. Participants will make arrangements and pay for their own travel and lodging. Workshop staff will provide information and assistance in making these arrangements.

Participants will receive a class syllabus, a list of items and equipment to bring, a recommended reading list, and information about the San Juan Islands once their reservation has been processed.

Due to the popularity of these workshops, we ask that you pay in full in order to reserve the workshop of your choice. You may call or email us to reserve a specific week, but confirmation will not be sent until we recieve your payment.

Cancellations

If you can not attend a workshop that you have reserved, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible so that people on the waiting list can be given ample time to make plans. A full refund will be given if you canel 30 days prior to the workshop date. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of a start date no refund will be issued, however, a full credit for a future workshop will be extended. A $25 processing fee will be charged for any cancellation.
